Pilates Courses Start 28th April 2014 - South Dublin Studio

Between the 28th of April and the 2nd of May we have a total of nine Pilates courses commencing. This term we are running 3x Beginner level classes, 5x Improver and 1x Advanced Pilates class.

We published the new dates and time last week and 43 from 54 (80%) places have already been reserved. If you have been intending to join one of our Pilates classes please register soon to avoid disappointment.  

Signing up for one of our courses is very simple. We have a secure online booking system where you can choose your class, register and pay using a debit, laser or credit card to reserve your place immediately. You will receive instant confirmation of the success of your booking.

Alternatively, you may choose to pay by cheque and your place will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Our Pilates classes are led by either Katie or Paula, both Chartered Physiotherapists, offering you a very high level of instruction and professional guidance. The reason many of our Pilates clients join our classes is to help reduce pain and/ or improve movement function following previous injury or managing conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis.
